Terms of Service & AI Disclosure

1. What All Prep is

All Prep is a homeschool planning and learning tool. It is not a school, is not accredited, and does not grant credits, grades of record, or diplomas.

The parent or guardian directs their child's education and is solely responsible for meeting their state's homeschool requirements, including notices, records, evaluations, and testing.

2. Educational AI disclosure

Many lessons, worksheets, guides, answer keys, schedules, suggestions, and Teacher's Assistant (TA) replies are created with artificial intelligence.

We check this content automatically before students see it, but AI can still be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or not right for your child. It is not a substitute for a parent's judgment or for professional advice.

Please review lessons and answers, especially for grading, placement, and test preparation. The TA never changes your records on its own—it only acts after you confirm.

3. No guarantees and limits of liability

All Prep is provided "as is" during early access. We do not guarantee any educational outcome, test score (including SAT or ACT), grade placement, or acceptance by an evaluator, school district, or college.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Daylight Technology Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. Student privacy

Your family's information and your students' work belong to you and are visible only to your household and anyone you choose to share with (for example, an evaluator link you can revoke).

We never sell student data and do not use it to train public AI models. Children's accounts are created and supervised by a parent.

Advertising measurement: when a parent arrives from a Google ad, we use Google Ads cookies to record the ad click and whether a new account was created, so we can measure our ads. Google receives the ad click ID, the page visited and an anonymous account reference — never names, emails or student information. This is not used in the EU, UK or Switzerland. You can opt out anytime in your browser's cookie settings or at adssettings.google.com.

5. Your account and billing

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in and student PINs private. Memberships renew monthly and can be canceled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

6. Early access (soft launch)

All Prep is in a soft launch. Features may change, and occasional problems are possible. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept them.
